Due to long-term water leakage and the property's age—over 100 years—we recently assisted the landlord with a complete renovation of the bathroom and kitchen. From material selection, design decisions, and demolition to onsite supervision and final adjustments, the entire process took 2.5 weeks. We’re excited to share that the transformation is now complete!

From planning the layout and sourcing materials to evaluating costs and monitoring the installation of each tile and mirror—we were there every step of the way, making sure every detail was looked after on behalf of the landlord.

The space is now completely refreshed—not only aesthetically pleasing but also much more functional. After the works were completed, we personally went through the property again to tidy up and prepare it for the next quality tenant.

In the UK, it’s common for contractors to leave behind dust, debris, or construction mess after renovations, leaving landlords frustrated and having to hire separate cleaners. We understand these worries—and we take care of them.

We’ve sourced honest, reliable cleaning professionals for the initial deep clean, and then we personally go through every room again—wiping, checking, and polishing—until the home is ready for photos and listing.

We know that for many landlords living abroad, a rental property is more than just an investment—it’s something they deeply care about. Our job is to make sure your home is well cared for—clean, inviting, and move-in ready.

“Renovation isn’t just about making things look nicer—it’s about increasing rental value, reducing vacancy and repair risks, and paving the way for future resale. What we do is think through every step from the landlord’s perspective, making sure every pound spent is a wise investment.”
“Every property deserves to be treated with care—and we’re here to protect and preserve that value for you.”
