Buying from Hong Kong, I never once felt I was doing this at a distance. Joanne walked us through every viewing on video, explained the survey in Chinese when the jargon got too much, and flagged two problems we'd never have spotted ourselves. We completed on a Bath flat without either of us setting foot in the UK.
